Since 2003, JDI has solved complex operational and capital project challenges using a hands-on, practical approach backed by decades of experience in finance, operations management, and technical support.
Founded by Roger Hoyum and Susan Gerchman, the company is built on real-world experience in heavy industry and construction. With roots going back to the late 1980s, JDI brings cross-functional expertise to help clients navigate workforce constraints, evolving industry demands, and increasingly complex project environments.
