MDHA was founded in 1980 with a clear purpose: to give Minnesota deer hunters a unified voice and to protect the landscapes and traditions that define deer hunting in our state.

Unlike national organizations that divide their attention across many states or species, MDHA focuses entirely on Minnesota. Every membership dollar supports conservation, education, and advocacy efforts right here in our communities.
